WE PROCESS ORDERS TWICE PER MONTH. (As of April 2025, we now send orders to the printer on the 15th and the 1st of each month).
For example; if you order on February 20th, we collate and send all orders to our printer in bulk on the 1st of March (the following month). If you order on February 10th, your order will make it into our bulk printrun on the 15th.
It then takes approx. 4-8 weeks for printing, cutting and packing.
Worth it for the gorgeousness!
We send all PREORDERS to our printer on the 15TH & THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH. (Unless stated differently on the announcement bar at the top of the website).
Then it takes from 4 to 8 weeks for us to receive it in our studio. (Worth it for gorgeous highly unique fabric!)
It is then cut and shipped to you with tracking within another week or so!
We offer standard tracked shipping internationally and also express shipping for Australian orders.
Ready-to-ship fabrics are generally posted out within 1 week!
Yes! We offer tracked shipping to almost all corners of the globe so please add your products to your cart and the shipping will be calculated for you at the checkout.

I appreciate your understanding that if you place a preorder, it is a custom made product so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.
Fabrics are checked in our studio before they are sent to you but if for any reason we have missed something or you are not satisfied please do not hesitate to get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order! :) I definitely like to know about it and I will try to make it right!

You only pay the rest when its in my studio and ready to ship out to you! I will send you an invoice for the remainder then.
Payments are via my own special STRIPE link for credit/debit cards (not paypal at the moment).

2. After submitting your $25AUD deposit, I will add a note behind the scenes to your order that it is received.
3. Please wait for a final payment link from me to pay the remainder. (Do not pay through your shop account here because at the moment I can't record partial payments on your order.)
4. Once the final payment is received, I will mark your order as officially ALL PAID and ship your fabric to you!

Quick! Sometimes you can find some listed in our 'Ready-To-Ship' section! LUCKY YOU! These are either pre-cut or very limited in their meterage. The fabric base is specified for you. Please read all the descriptions carefully.
IMPORTANT: If you order Ready-To-Ship items together with Preorder Fabric, your whole order will only ship once the preorder fabric is ready in my studio. Thank you for your understanding.
